Inclusion of service charges

M/s V a security service provider added 10% complany's service charges to their bill and on these inclusive amount levied service tax @12.36 % . Whether these inclusion of service charges for calculating service Tax is correct please guide

Yes , it is correct ST to be charged on Basic Cost + Service Charge (Margin) of vendor.
