In which name I should file income tax in firms or Individua

13 February 2011 I have a proprietorship firm and my business is related to merchant exporting.So in which name I should file my income tax in my firm name or in my individual name?
Please clear my confusion.

13 February 2011 I.T.(ITR 4) return will be filed in your name and the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account will be of your Proprietorship business

13 February 2011 proprietor & individual pancard is same so no need to give seperate identity.ITR-4 is right to file your return.In Return file from your name & PAN and give your tradename too.
