10 June 2014 in case of import what are the item include in purchase and if i pay transport charge from port to factory godown should i deduct tds or not

10 June 2014 Inventory value + all non cenvatable taxes to be inventories.
TDS on transporter in not deductible if they furnished their PAN no to you, if not, TDS @ 20% to be deducted.

10 June 2014 but that transport charge is a part of import purchase even dt i should deducate tds
