Dear Expert,
One of my client want to import rice mill machines from China and sell them across india. What is the procedure to obtain import licence and where to apply for that nearby Delhi. My client is an individual proprietor.
Please advise me.

in this condition purchase the FPS / fms /depb licence and import it.
