Implication of amendment in clause 21 of Form 3CD

24 June 2009 One of the clients has not deposited PF pertaining to FY 2008-09 pending the registration with authorities and could deposit in June 09.After considering the amendments made this year, whether employer's contribution to PF will be allowed in current year's computation or not?

24 June 2009 No it is permanent disallowances. You will not be able to take the deduction in any year.
