IEC code Migration

Dear Sir,
While migrating old IEC to E-ICE. can we make necessary changes also....?
here my problem is my client is using old IEC Code and now he wants to update new data's like address changes etc... And also need to migrate to new IEC Code....
Could someone help me on this regards....?

While moving from manual IEC to online IEC, all the changes like address etc. needs to be incorporated.
