28 April 2013 ICWAI institute has recently updated the training of ICWAI.

But my question is if amendment are showing in official Gazette then where is the official Gazette of ICWAI training compulsory training amendment??

There is Gazette for CC removal, but no such Gazette for training.

Do without Gazette the decision is binding ???
