hi every one I am going to write ICWA Inter ( 2nd attempt ) this December. due to some reasons I haven't written this June exams properly. I am trying for all India rank for my next attempt . please tell me whether ICWA board give rank we got top marks even in 2nd attempt. please tell me . please .

As per my understanding rank in second attempt is not possible even in CWA. You may wait for the opinion of other experts.
