It is very difficult for any one to give what you want because the subject is so vast that either the person who is giving you the required details should be an author of a book or he is a man from director of studies who can give you the soft copy. Even if the soft copy is given the ultimately it is you who has to read and without reading you cannot answer any question. So my suggestion is that you take the study material as supplied to you and prepare accordingly.
