if i open www.icai.org it takes me to 2 option one click here for the result and other browse to www.icai.org. The moment i click on other option the site doesn not get opened. I tried it from various PCs and servers.

Not Now, But many a Times Site Will Not Open , in That Case Just Enter any Other Site of ICAI where the link of ICAI is there & click there so u can enter icai indirectly.
