Dear sir, I have given two attempts but could not clear it. Will the number of attempts I have taken to clear the exams be mentioned in the certificate or mark sheet??..If not then how would the companies come to know about how many attempts i have taken to complete??

The institute nowhere mentions that. The companies generally ask such question and they do not have any direct way to verify this. However if you caught lying than some serious action can be taken against you by the company, as well as ICAI.
