sir,,'m a student of ipcc under direct entry scheme...as i have received my institute books on 21dec2012..but ihavn't received my registeration letter...sir tell me wat 2 do further???????reply me 'm waiting.....

I think you should go to the institute personally an check out. Also write a letter and an email to the concerned regional office and the HO.
