Ltd) entity of our own and get into higher scales of operations, have built up a good client base and the vendor who we operate through are migrating into another business. Please provide step by step procedures and (cost involved) & along with the timelines to obtain the following: -> Establishment & Registration of Pvt. Ltd Company (Mandate) Nature of Business: Section 1 Recruitment Services: Consultancy& Temp Staffing + Learning and Development: Job assistance based and Skill enhancers + Security Guard Agency and Housekeeping Staff services Section 2 Sales and distribution of financial products and services – Mutual funds and Insurance
->Shop and Establishment Registration Certificate (Gumasta) ->Company Pan Number ->Tan Number to provide Tds certificate to sub vendors ->Trade mark Registration -> Service Tax ->EPF - Code We would be into Temp staffing so, how do i provide provide ESIC / WC to staff or Provide Group Medical Insurance, (I mean procedure certificates or codes required) Also is Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund - Code (MLWB - Code) and labour licence necessary
