10 August 2009 I Have Two Queries for which i need an expert advise :

1) Can HUF Gift a part of the HUF Property to any of the co-parceners or to the KARTA

2) Can Partial Partition be done of a HUF Property

Please revert on the same as this will help me in making some crucial deisions
