Any body can tell me what is the date of incorporation in huf pan card apply

my dob ya my marriage date & date of birth my first girl & boy plz tell me which date i have to mention ???

21 March 2015 HUF is created from the date of marriage itself it does not depend upon birth of a child. Therefore you can select date of your marriage as the date of incorporation of HUF.
