30 October 2013 1)how much is limit for getting gift from father for sons HUF.
2) can father give gift at the time of corpus and then next after 10 year by cheque
3) karta of HUF wants to give land as gift to HUf ...does it legal? or will attract I. T. 64 and swealth tax sec 4(1)
