HRA & Housing Loan deduction

i have small query regarding HRA and housing loan deduction. I have bought house in Vasai (Thane dist) and i am currently residing (on rent) in mumbai and working in Mumbai also.

can i claim both HRA and housing loan deductions?

Please advise.

05 March 2010 If your place of work is different from your owning place of house then you can claim both.
