According to new HRA rule: PAN no. of Landlord need to be declared incase HRA claimed is greater than 1,00,000 RS. i.e for 12 months: If the HRA claimed is more than 8333.33Rs.
I have a query regarding the same: If i have claimed HRA for 6Months for the year 2013. (i.e. 16,500Rs Per Month) which comes out to be 99,000Rs per year. Do i need to still declare my Landlord PAN no?? As my HRA claim for year is less than 1L but monthly claim is greater than 8333 Rs.
