AS PER CIRCULAR OF I T DEPT IF THE ANNUAL RENT INCREASES RS 100000 PAN NO OF LANDLORD IS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE EMPLOYER.HOW TO CALCULATE THE LIMIT OF RS 100000.
EG.IF AMOUNT PAID TO JOINT OWNER RS 75000 EACH THEN THIS RULE WILL APPLICABLE.
