Whether Specified employee who is director of company or having 20% equity share of company or if salary excess of Rs.50000 under rule 7, HRA applicablility is fully taxable or not.

There is no such provision under IT tax act for specified no specified employees HRA taxability/exemption. Its standard for all employees.

Moreover Rule 7 refers to Taxability of Agricultural Income.
