10 August 2012 plz help.............,......?.

10 August 2012 Law is a very scoring paper.Your answers should be specefic to the questions. Please give reference of sections and leading case laws to secure more marks. The above is particularly necessary while answering problem oriented questions. However, you should refer them ,if you are absolutely sure. Please go through Institutes study materials very minutly. Please also read bare Acts, reference books and Institutes guideline answers to the previous years question papers. Moreover, concentrate on your studies and do not loose your heart for past failures.Life is a challenge and you should accept it.May be one more term is just waiting for your success in the above exam.
With Best Wishes

07 September 2012 I do agree with Mr.Arun Kumar's view.Law is a scoring paper.
All you have to do is....study law thoroughly.supplement your answers with case laws wherever necessary. For example if the question asks about minors position, you can state the case law "Mohiribibi V.Dharmadas Ghose".Use standard english when presenting your answers.write neatly.Nowadays, the Institute asks questions which are theory oriented.quoting sections and case laws for such questions too can fetch you marks....
All the Best RaviSoni.
Dont lose hope
Just try everything in a different way
