27 June 2013 Register yourself at Income tax official e filling site.

Add the CA, which will sign tax audit report, from My account, on the site.

Download Tax audit utility

Fill it completely, nothing should be left blank.

Validate it, make a XML file.

Upload XML file from the user account of CA who has conducted the audit of concern

While uploading XML file (tax audit report) you have to use the Digital Signature of CA
