How to submit 15g/15h form for new tan registered firm

17 June 2016 we can get TAN number in mar.16. we can not deduct tds on interest on security, because our party give 15g form for not deduction of tds. But we can not make register on income tax site http://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/, because we can registered on trace site. How we can registered on income tax site as deducter.
please solve our problem, its urgent
