How to sale a machinery

I want to sale a machinery purchased on excise invoice as it was not to use to production,I have not taken credit,now I want to sale that machinery how to calculate duty on it or it I have to make an exempted excise invoice.

05 March 2012 If u r a central excise registrant you can take cenvat credit and you can sale it "goods cleared as such" basis.

other wise dont take cenvat credit and you can simply sell it without raising excise duties.
