22 July 2013 u need to log in to Delhi VAT website http://dvat.gov.in/frmDVAT.aspx and registers urself at the portal using ur TIN (as allotted to u by Delhi Tax Department).
Once the registration is done, u will have to login at the above-mentioned portal and select 'e-Payments' option. Thereafter, the u will be required to fill the various challan details online like payment type, amount, period etc.
