Hi Sir, i am C.A Final year student, i had never file vat return but now i have to file vat return of my brother so please suggest me Entire Proceture of filing vat return.

sirji, i am from Gujarat,which is the website for online vat return filing & whether there is any penalty for late filing of nil vat return & can i file my last two return now.
