Case - An employee has resigned from a company in February and joined another company. Old company has been taken over by some other company. Hence no identity of old company exists now. Similarly form-16 is also not available except salary received in bank account till February. TDS details are available in form 26-AS. How to file IT return in absence of Form-16 from the employer?
