What is the procedure to dissolve a Partnership Firm ?

Is PAN Card to be surrendered ? If yes, how ?

17 November 2014 execute the dissolution deed. And inform the jurisdictional AO regarding closure of the firm through a letter and submit the dissolution deed alongwith.

AO will assess the income of the current year and upon completion of all assessments, PAN will be deactivated.
