19 January 2011 Pl. provide details for TDS deduction form salary of employee which are not having PAN no. whether deduction under chapter VI to be made or not.

19 January 2011 If the emplyee is liable to pay tax on the salary drawn, the employee should obtain PAN. You may ask employee to apply for PAN
