30 April 2012 I have deposited Rs.10 lac. which is non refundable for the purpose of facility provide by RSEB is the, electricity available 24 hrs for life time (i.e. no cut the electricity)
Note: Above chgs not a electricity chgs which comes to usage basis
plz suggest me how to treat for income tax purpose.

07 May 2012 Ans. Treat as revenue expenditure and allow u/s 37(1) becoz no any capital assets derrived.
if any other opinion plz descride.
