one of my client for which i want to efiling of Income tax return for Asstt.Year 2012-13.I am not having any information as to previous I.T.returns filed online except only PAN Details. Now query is how to reset password for the said purposes under intimation to my mail address.As on IT website the option for resetting password so PAN Details is concerned the alternate Mail ID is not displayed/shown.How to resolve.please reply at soonst.

Then only way to write request mail to re-set password to ask@incometaxindia.gov.in I think you not registered the pan so you haven't the secret question answer and/or password of registered e-mail ID. So only choice is write to ask@incometaxindia.gov.in

A small correction to the CA Navin Jain sir reply with his permission. I think the said email address by him is "efiling.administrator@incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in" instead of said by you.

ok sir, It may be right you i said correction based on the email id provided at www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in for that wise i told is correction required. Sorry to trobule you my view is not to show mistake. Thank you sir.
