Housing loan interest on rented property

13 August 2018 I have offered a rental income, for which i have also claimed interest on housing loan of Rs.3,43,000.. in the new ITR exemption limit shows Rs.2,00,000 and balance Rs1,43,000 is being carried forward for next AY. Have they changed any Act in this regard?
