Is there any way to claim under income tax of interest and principal payment of housing loan where house is under construction..? Kindly reply... thanks in advnce

Okey thanku sir. Can I refund it if my construction would complete before filing income tax ..?? Is there any issues if I submit completion certificate from Engineer on this last of march 2018 on filing date to IT dept.
