Housing Loan on same house is taken by Husband & wife jointly with 1st borrower being wife can loss from house property of Rs.150,000 (interest) be claimed by each of the borrower? ( i.e. Rs. 300,000 ) whether it can be possible to claim loss from house property (Rs. 150000 )by wife for initial years and later by husband if only Rs. 150,000 is allowed
