We have taken Housing loan jointly.e are paying Interest of Rs. 300000/- P.A.. whether I and my wife both can claim Interest benefit of Rs.150000/- each from salary ?

yes both can claim in the same way that what you thought. in case any one not claimed a part of the interest the other person can claim totally
