House property taxation

In one of the cases,I found that a HUF owns a house property.But no member of the HUF stays in the house.The house property was vacant throughout the financial year.That is the only house property which the HUF owns.How shall apply the provision to compute income from house property?It is not that HUF has not occupied the property due to employment,business and profession since it only earns income from other sources.

As per the provisions of section 23(2)(b) the annual value of the shall be Nil.
