Whether payment of municipal tax bill (For getting deduction in house property) in cash in excess of Rs. 20000/- is allowed as deduction or can be disallowed under section 40(A)(3) or any other section. please reply asap

Section 40A(3) does not have any implication over income from house property since the exependiture is allowed under house property income.
