If a house self occupied for part of the p.y. and let out for part of the p.y. then how much the interest on housing loan is allowed.. whether 150000 or no ceiling limit?

How it possible.. if the house is self occupied the limit of interest is 1,50,000 for a year. And let out no ceiling.. if the same house part of the year self occupied and part of the year let out means we want to calculate the interest on proportionate basis.. for self occupied separate and let out separate..
