23 August 2013 If we have one owned house and second at pagdi system, will pagdi system house be liable for Deemed House Property??/

26 August 2013 yes. only one house can be treated as self occupied status. other need to be treated as deemed let out

27 August 2013 agreed but in pagdi system, legal ownership is with someone else n we have possession.

Even though v have to consider it as our house property as per Income Tax Act??
