09 September 2017 I HAVE BEEN PAYING HEALTH INSURANCE, BUT I HAVE DOUBT ON HOW TO DEAL WITH THE SERVICE TAX THAT COMES FOR THE HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUM, HOW SHOULD IT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNTS AND SHOULD IT COME UNDER CAPITAL ACCOUNT OR UNDER DUTIES AND TAXES?
