Dear Sir, A query is that please let me, we can utilis remaing finished goods Cess & Hcess duty through PLA BED. If we can utilis through PLA BED,inwhich rules & Notification.

Cenvat credit or payment of Ed cess can be utilized for set off against Ed cess only. It cannot be used for any other head ie., in the present case against BED. The same is the case with H E Cess.
