An exporter will obtain H form from his vat office,or now on line, in triplicate. He will retain the triplicate or the counterfoil with him and send the two copies i.e.original and duplicate to the seller. The seller will submit the original to the VAT officer of his area, within three months.Along with a H form the exporter should also send copies of further documents like,1) his buyer's purchase order(from foreign),2)bill of lading,3) packing list,4) invoice,to prove that such goods purchased against a H form were really exported.....mjk
