27 May 2013 In which account head the bed, mattress, Blankets, curtain in the Guest House the individual cost of which is more than Rs. 25000 are to be classified ? Further what is the account head for the TV, Ref.,Oven in the Guest House? what will be the account heads for the Gum boot, rain coat used by the employees in case of a mining company

27 May 2013 Beds and mattress etc. can be taken to Furniture - Guesthouse account and grouped under furniture and fixtures

Similarly TV, Fridge etc. can be taken to Machinery - Guesthouse and grouped under plant and machinery

Gum boot raincoat etc. are similar to uniform. They can be charged off to profit and loss account.
