21 April 2014 Sir kindly detailed me difference in the limit as mentioned :

1500 rs in a single goods carriage
750rs for a single consignee.

22 April 2014 Dear Saurabh,

Limit of 1500 applies in case of full load (there may be more than one consignment to more than one consignee),so the total freight for all consignments together in one trip should not exceed 1500.

However if there is only one consignment then the exemption is available only if the freight is less than Rs.750.
