We have freight inward ST and freight outward ST payments. Can we take the credit of inward Service tax and write it off with outward Service Tax.

1. Reverse charge is applicable on BOTH inward as well as outward freight.
2. Service tax liability under reverse charge has to be settled ONLY in CASH. CENVAT credit CANNOT be utilized for discharging service tax liability under reverse charge.
