21 July 2018 On which GST turnover income u/s 44AD is to be declared ?
Whether it is Taxable Turnover or turnover including GST ?

25 July 2018 It should be taxable turnover, i.e. turnover excluding GST. Though not clarification has come, earlier in Service Tax regime clarifications were issued which shall be applicable in GST regime also.
