I have a GST Registration in Telangana say. what should charge (IGST or CGST/SGST) if I go to Karnataka and make sales there? is this allowed under GST law? or any separate Registration is required to do so?

If you go to Karnataka and sale the goods, then you may have to take casual registration in Karnataka. You cannot charge IGST (As place of supply is Karnataka )or CGST & SGST(as you have no GST registration in Karnataka)
