01 January 2018 I have prepared refund application for the July month, of an assessee. he has exported the goods from the input which was purchased under the RVAT. assessee has claimed higher rate of drawback in shipping bill.

whether assessee is eligible for the refund of RVAT under the gst act which was exported in july month?

Please give the answer with supporting law and notification.

01 January 2018 Refund of GST paid will be allowed under the GST Act and not any other refund.

01 January 2018 okey. but how will assessee get the refund of tax paid on inputs which was exported in july and august month.
