Gst rate on construction contract

We do provide service in relation to construction contract however some contract is only of labour.
And some are inclusive materials pls clarify what % GST will be applicable in both type of contract?

Even than whether 18% GST shall be levied on total value of contract labour+ materials portion.
Actually earlier in Service tax it was 40% labour portion to levy service tax and 60% materials portion.
