Gst paid cgst/sgst instead of igst

06 July 2019 We have Paid CGST @9 % and SGST @9 % instead of IGST @18% in the month of OCt'2018... and we have not filed our gstr 1 till date.. so how to do correct it?? kindly help as soon as possible.
